Vintage Texaco Marine White Gasoline porcelain gas pump plate advertising sign. Measures 12″ x 8″. This sin is marked “MADE IN USA”. There is a code on the right bottom in tiny white numbers It is 3-11-63. I do not know whether this is a date , or some kind of code. I inherited this item from a relative who collected advertising signs for a very long time. I know absolutely nothing about signs. Please look at the photos and use your own judgement as to the value of these items. My relative had this sign stored in it’s own little cardboard container. I never remember seeing it when I visited him so I guess that he just kept in stored in that box , and never displayed it. I will be listing a few more signs that he also kept in the little cardboard containers stacked up on the top shelf of one of his closets. All of the signs from this closet are in similar conditions to this one. When these few signs are gone I will never have any more of these beautiful signs.
