This is a genuine 1940’s Tokheim Model 39 “short” gas pump in the style of the Texaco Fire Chief brand. It is not a professional restoration, but it looks great! The globe and the front and rear faceplates are reproductions, but all other parts are original. The internal pump mechanism has been removed so it is not too heavy. The globe lights up! The approximate dimensions are 73″ high, 21″ wide and 16 deep. What makes this item different from all others is that it comes with a bunch of “petroliana” (gas station memorablia) which make it a great display for your man cave or garage. Included are two original framed 11′ x 14″ Texaco ads from the 1955 Saturday Evening Post magazine, an 11″ x14″ signed framed print by an artist of a Fire Chief pump, an 8″ x 10″ framed photo of a 1950’s Texaco Station, an 11″ diameter round reproduction metal Texaco sign and a Texaco logo cap. With this collection you get a great looking full size vintage pump and a bunch of stuff that makes a terrific display. Convenient to George Washington Bridge, Route 80 and Garden State Parkway.
