This sign would be considered “Barn Fresh”. I obtained these signs from an estate sale from a couple who traveled extensively. Other than that I really don? T know much about them.

This is a reproduction Texaco Star globe that includes two (2) 13.5 convex glass lenses and one (1) black plastic body.
When you run your fingers across you can feel the layers. A reproduction is flush or flat – this is a good indication that the sign is a reproduction or fake. This sign is not a typical flat porcelain sign, it is raised in the middle.
