The porcelain sign date is 3-9-59 it is a little dirty but to me that what vintage is all about. I did not want to clean it up and make it sparkle, to me dirt and vintage go hand in hand. But hey thats just me. The sign shows very little rusting and the back has a few scratches but it is great shape. The helmet is from the 60s and it also I great shape the inside is missing on side of the strap BUT my microphone works but it is weak.. As I was doing my research on the helmet apparently they are a salt crystal microphone and deteriorate over time. Sign is 12 X 18. Helmet 12L 8H 15 Width (front to back) was.
