Vintage 1940s Erie Gas Pump model 77 Texaco Fire Chief original. Up for sale is a vintage 1940s Erie model 77 tall Gas Pump looks to be all original complete with everything. Its been painted silver at one time but looks to have been red underneath. Its advertising Texaco Fire Chief the gas pump comes with two original Texaco fire chief porcelain pump signs on each side 1945 year. Also comes with original hose and nozzle and hand crank on the other side. It also comes with a reproduction Texaco fire chief globe. The Erie gas pump has all the glass on front and back doors also has the fire chief glass panels inside. The guts have been taken out and its been wired to plug in and light up inside and up top of globe. Both doors have new locks with the keys. Condition is good there is some rust scratches and scuffs its also missing one of the chrome bottom pieces that goes on the bottom sides. Shouldnt be too hard to find another one. Measurements of the gas pump are 73 inches tall not counting the globe and 31 inches wide with nozzle and hose and 23 inches deep. Also comes with all the porcelain fuel pump signs on the pump total of 3 of them. Definitely not in mint condition but has lots of potential! Would look great restored or just leave it like it is. Just would need little work to repaint the pump red again. This pump would look great in man cave, shop, or outside for decoration.
