Looks like it would have been a lot of fun for someone but not sure where you would have kept it or what you would have pretended you were filling up. About 30 tall in Good condition. There was a rubber hose connecting the spout to the main body and this dry rotted no doubt years ago and most is gone but there is still a short piece sticking out of the body so you can match it up properly. There are two working parts being the crank gallon counter and a ratchet-like handle on the spout and both work fine, you can wind the counter back and forth. Front art is present albeit faded. Paint on the front top part not bad and just a few small dents or dings on that piece. Small crack on the handle part of the spout, someone probably stepped on it or something, it won’t get any worse. All stamped sheet metal except for the spout and counter. I have seen these described as going back to the late fifties but the price for a gallon permanently printed on is 30.9 cents which would suggest late sixties. They likely printed new ones every few seasons. A little rust here and there, mostly towards the bottom. Not bad as is; if you want to restore it to tip-top appearance it might not be as hard as some. Rates and rate structures are constantly changing so if I can find it more advantageous to use UPS I may do so, so if that is any issue please say so in advance.
